I’ve Rented a car from Them few Weeks a ago and it was the worst experience of my life, The Car AC wasn’t working and it was awfully hot that week, the interior Panels were coming off, I had to use duct Tape to keep the panels together, I called and complain with William, they didn’t have another car available, but he agreed to give me 3000kr Credit toward my bill, they never Did, they charged the full amount, I have been emailing and calling and he’s not answering my calls or email. I would strongly remind not to use them, horrible customer service, the cars are very old and not serviced properly. Never using them again.

Rent A Wreck charged me 1500,- kr because of a parking ticket I never saw. The parking company vas very serviceminded and explained to me they sent two reminders to Rent A Wreck ( they gave me a chance to pay 672,- wich I of course would have done immidiately if Rent A Wreck had chosen to send me those reminders.) Instead they charged my account 1885,- 2 months after I rented the car without even informing me about the unexpexted charge. (I dont understadn how this is legal.) Suddenly there was not enough money on my card to pay for my groceries. Never again Rent A Wreck! I told you I neversaw the ticket - if I did I would of course have payed it immidiately. (I have complained but they are not backing down.) Best regards from very unhappy customer.
