Mio marito è stato ricoverato in emergenza in questo ospedale durante la nostra vacanza sulle Isole Lofoten.
Fin all'inizio siamo stati accolti con professionalita' e attenzione.
Tutto il personale dai dottorei alle infermieri, alla portineria parlano un ottimo inglese e questo ci ha molto agevolato.
I medici hanno prontamente individuato la situazione e iniziato la cura tenendoci sempre informati.
Le infermieri erano sempre disponibili e attente alle nostre nesessita' dalla prima incontrata, Cecilia, fino all'ultima.
In portineria ho ricevuto informazioni per trovare un alloggio durante il ricovero di mio marito.
Tutto questo sempre con un bel sorriso e tanta pazienza.

Ich möchte gerne meine außerordentlich positive Erfahrung teilen, die ich kürzlich aufgrund eines medizinischen Notfalls gemacht habe. Von Anfang bis Ende war der gesamte Besuch, die gesamte Behandlung von Diagnose, schneller OP über Nachsorge einwandfrei und ich kann dieses Krankenhaus uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Besonders hervorzuheben ist das äußerst freundliche und sehr kompetente Personal. Sowohl der Arzt als auch die Helferinnen waren nicht nur professionell, sondern auch sehr herzlich und zugänglich. Ich hatte immer das Gefühl in den richtigen Händen zu sein! Eine weitere angenehme Überraschung war, dass das Personal nicht nur sehr gut Englisch sondern teilweise sogar Deutsch sprachen, was die Kommunikation für mich erleichterte und das Gefühl von Komfort und Sicherheit vermittelte.

Das gesamte Krankenhaus war äußerst sauber und gut organisiert. Jeder Bereich war instand gehalten und es war offensichtlich, dass hier viel Wert auf Hygiene und Ordnung gelegt wird.

Insgesamt verdient das Krankenhaus eine makellose 5-Sterne-Bewertung. Die schnelle Versorgung, das freundliche Personal haben mich beeindruckt. Wenn Sie eine herausragende medizinische Versorgung suchen, ist dies definitiv der richtige Ort.

Nochmals vielen Dank an das gesamte Team des Nordlandssykehuset Lofoten für ihre herausragende Arbeit und den hervorragenden Service!

Selv om jeg plutselig var i en vanskelig situasjon fikk jeg meget god hjelp til alt mulig.Jeg setter meget stor pris på pleierne på intensiven. De er verdt sin vekt i gull! Gud velsigne deres hjerning og deres grenseløse hjelpsomhet.

La prise en charge a été tout simplement incroyable. Personnel attentif, joviale et compétent. Les médecins sont très réactifs et à l’écoute. Mon compagnon a été hospitalisé 1 semaine à cause d’un virus. Tout s’est très bien déroulé grâce au personnel. Merci encore !

Excellente prise en charge de mon fils qui a dû être opéré en urgence de l'appendice. Tout le personnel médical est extrêmement compétent. Nous remercions les médecins, les infirmières, les anesthésistes, les chirurgiens, et tous les autres qui ont été attentifs, patients. Merci pour leurs efforts en traduction.

It is weird to say and I never thought I could say that, but we felt very sad leaving this place, full of emotions - despite a very traumatic event for my girlfriend that pretty much ruined our holidays on the second day and which will probably deeply affect our future lives. That is really to tell you the level of care we received here and the bonds we created with the nurses and midwifes.

Everyone here in the maternity ward and other divisions has been so gentle, committed and helpful - of course in a foreign language. Able to handle not only care but also accommodation, procedures with insurances and other stuff, truly being “Norwegian Swiss knifes” and always smiling. We felt home and that helped us a lot to go through these difficult times with a strong mental and positive outlook.

We will never be grateful enough. To all the maternity staff and doctor Miriam, thank you!

Ausserordentlich freundlich und bemüht. Gute Stimmung. Man hat auch als Angehöriger nie das Gefühl zu stören. Der Patient und sein Wohlbefinden stehen im Mittelpunkt.
Sehr hilfreich bei Organisation der Ambulanzflug nach Bodo.
