The service of my Fox X2 damper was quick and good. Just a lot of waiting time and silence which seems a bit unprofessional. I expected to be contacted once the damper arrived and some form of communication whether it was a service or a warranty case. I had to get in touch myself via messenger which was pretty quick but anonym. Sending from Oslo and retrieving back (in May - probably high season for service) took about 20 days. I was a bit surprised that the damper came completely deflated (had to find a pump first to test it) and with all my previous settings changed. Yes its a monopoly since they are the only authorised fox service in Norway. But there is professional tracking and status software in place which could help to keep the customer informed about the whereabouts and status of their shock.

My go-to store, which I always drop by whenever I’m in Kristiansand to get new stash. Met with great service from highly experienced and knowledgeable people who will do all they can to help you. In our household we have sent quite a few Fox suspension units to get serviced. Always been satisfied and quickly returned. Though, we do try to do the maintenance during the winter to avoid possible waiting time.

I lost a bolt in the rear suspension of my CUBE Stereo. I contacted CUBE and they were of little assistance, but the great staff here found me a replacement, mailed it to me, and got me back on the trails. I cannot thank these awesome folk enough!
