Had an exciting rib boat ride lasting 80 minutes around the fjord at Balestrand, fantastic geography to take in all around. Driver stopped at places of interest and talked about the history of this stunning area. Final run in the boat reached 100kph/64 knots, breathtaking!👍

Una oficina de información en una pequeña población desde donde coges el ferry para visitar el fiordo de Sogne.
Un bonito lugar por el que dar un paseo y ver la fachada frente al mar del hotel Kviknes o sus pequeñas casas decoradas y pintadas de colores.

We made a last minute change in our itinerary which involved a night in balestrand on route to flam. What a wonderful decision! The staff at tourist information were immensely helpful and friendly. We hired e-bikes and had one of the best afternoons of our whole trip - biking around the "three fjords" route. The bikes are high quality and a really novel and fun experience. The scenery was simply stunning! Highlight of our trip!

The young man working here in early May was extremely helpful in providing detailed information about how to reunite us with part of our family who had taken the ferry across the fjord to Vik to see the stave church there. They missed the return ferry and the next didn't come for 8 hours! Thanks to him, they made it back to Balestrand much earlier than they otherwise would have.
