Odbiór samochodu przebiega sprawnie, natomiast jest to jedyna rzecz która działa poprawnie w tej wypożyczalni.
Samochód rezerwowaliśmy w lutym, na pobyt w październiku. Miało to być auto klasy Mini, przy odbiorze okazał się to miejski suv, co nas trochę zaskoczyło.
Podczas rezerwacji cena wynajmu miała wynosić około 1800 kr z wliczonym ubezpieczeniem. Przy odbieraniu samochodu musieliśmy zapłacić 2000 więcej ze względu na kaucję (jej stawka nie była nigdzie podana). Po zakończeniu wynajmu otrzymaliśmy fakturę na ponad 3100 kr. W odpowiedzi na mojego maila przeczytałem że naliczyli błąd na 700 kr i została wystawiona korekta. Jednak to i tak zbyt mało, bo ubezpieczenie zostało naliczone podwójnie. Teraz wciąż czekam na odpowiedź aby zwrócili mi pieniądze za to ubezpieczenie ale na razie cisza. Podsumowując, nie polecam usług tej firmy na tym lotnisku. Lepiej skorzystać z innych, konkurencyjnych firm

可能運氣不太好，取車的時候等了很久才排到我們，但是其他一切都很棒。在這裡直接加保全險，費用不會很高，開起來沒有負擔，完成的時候直接還鑰匙，非常迅速。車況很好，很好開，我們這次租的是油電車，相當省油。這趟開了七百多公里都沒有什麼狀況，整體很滿意。

Ho noleggiato da Alamo prendendo la copertura completa. Il personale dell' ufficio dell'aereoporto è stato molto gentile e l'auto era in condizioni impeccabili. Inoltre il costo del noleggio è stato corretto e non ci siamo dovuti preoccupare di alcun problema o graffio. Ricordatevi: guidare in artico significa avere il rischio elevato di prendersi pietre sui vetri lanciate dai pneumatici dei camion o avere graffi dovuti a incontri ravvicinati con fronde di alberi. Dunque Alamo approvata e la riprenderei con piacere!

Very easy pick up. Pay your deposit. Listen to the young man dealing with you and you'll be fine. He had a great manner and was very helpful to us.

Arrive early but have to wait until the right time to get the car.

I got a 3-year car with over 58000km and told me no scratches on the car. I said it’s impossible. The staff said I could take pictures of the car before driving out. Of course, I did take many pictures of scratches.

Guess what? When I returned the car, I got $10000 krone bill for a tiny scratch that was underneath the front bumper which I didn’t take any pictures there before. I bet no one would see that place which you have to squat down, otherwise you wouldn’t see it.

I guessed they wanted to make more money as possible as they can because the car was about time to retire.

I have rented cars for many times, but it is the first time to get such an old car. And not to mention I got robbed. Never ever rent cars from Alamo or Enterprise.

Rented a car here after getting off our flight. Check in process was smooth and quick. Returned our car at 4am before our flight by dropping off the key in the box. Not sure why the reviews are so bad previously but had a good experience

Habe in Evenes Auto gemietet.Anfangs Juni 2025.
Ohne Probleme fast neues Auto.
War auch grösser als wir reserviert
haben.Fast keine Wartezeit bei Übernahme.
Unkompliziert bei Rückgabe.
Bei Übernahme vom Auto Kaution fällig als Sicherheit für Auto.
Aber das ist meistens so.
Bis jetzt keine zusätzliche Kosten verechnet.

Had a good car rental experience here. The car had all the features I needed (CarPlay, cruise control etc), the deposit was returned in 3 hours after I returned the car.

Price was quite high but alternatives at this location are even more expensive.
