Esperienza fantastica, super consigliata! Abbiamo prenotato il camper on line con circa 6 mesi di anticipo tramite Camper Days, con possibilità di effettuare il pagamento (dell’intero importo) entro i 3 mesi successivi.
Abbiamo contattato 2 volte il servizio assistenza tramite e-mail con risposta immediata.
Al nostro arrivo in aeroporto abbiamo telefonato al numero di riferimento fornito tramite e-mail e in pochissimi minuti il proprietario è venuto a prenderci (la stazione di noleggio dista circa 3 minuti in macchina, 18 a piedi).
Il camper che ci è stato consegnato era in ottime condizioni, corrispondente alle foto del sito e dotato di tutto il necessario (utensili per la cucina, sedie a sdraio e tavolinetto, connessione Bluetooth per musica e mappe, 2 bombole di gas,..).
Nonostante fossimo alla nostra prima esperienza in camper, le spiegazioni forniteci alla consegna del mezzo sono state chiare e sufficienti per trascorrere una bellissima vacanza.
Dopo poche ore abbiamo scritto al proprietario per un piccolo intoppo e anche in questo caso ci ha prontamente risposto.
La riconsegna è stata rapida e siamo stati nuovamente accompagnati in aeroporto (gratis).
All’arrivo ci è stata trattenuta una caparra di 1.300 euro (per eventuali danni).
Delle isole lofoten che dire? Un posto magico, che ben si presta a girare in camper, a caccia di albe, tramonti e northern lights!!

Location déroulée parfaitement, avons eux un jour de retard pour le retour du van à cause de la neige, le personnel à été très compréhensif.
Le van était très propre.
Nous avons même été déposé à l'aéroport pour le retour.

Eine Woche vor Anreise wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass das gebuchte Fahrzeug nicht zur Verfügung steht, dafür wurde uns ein kostenfreies Upgrade angeboten. Es handelte sich dabei um ein ca 3 Jahre altes Fahrzeug, was bereits zum Verkauf "ausgemustert" wurde und einige kleine Mängel hatte (u.a.ließen sich 2 Schränke nicht mehr öffnen) und was leider auch nicht ganz sauber war. Auch die gebuchte Bettwäsche sowie Handtücher lagen nicht bereit, aber dem wurde auf Nachfrage abgeholfen.
Die ersten Tage haben wir ständig unser Frischwasser verloren, da ein Ventil nicht verschlossen wurde. Hier war uns dann aber die Vermietstation in Tromsø umgehend behilflich.
Die Rückgabe verlief dafür sehr zügig und unkompliziert!
Schön wäre das Angebot eines Shuttleservices vom Flughafen zur Vermietstation, da man mit seinem Gepäck über den Flughafenzubringer und die E10 ca 1 km laufen muss (zum Teil auf der Straße), was inbesondere bei Regen unangenehm ist.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Wohnmobil und dem Service vor Ort. Die Übernahme und Rückgabe hat unkompliziert und schnell geklappt. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Norwegen.

Wir hatten den Camper für 10 Tage. Wir warens ehr zufrieden. Die Übergabe und Einweisung war zügig und gut. Beiliegende Dokumente inklusive Videos waren sehr hilfreich.
Das Fahrzeug hat uns zuverlässig beheizt im November und alle wesentlichen Utensilien waren on board.
Die Rückgabe verlief ebenfalls sehr professionell und schnell.

Wir hatten den Camper für 7 Nächte gemietet. Der Camper war erst einen Monat alt und dementsprechend top im Zustand. Alle Mitarbeiter waren nett und die Einweisung verlief problemlos. Alle waren super nett und entgegenkommend.

It’s the first time we rented a camper with McRent and we can just express our excellent satisfaction with this company.
It started with an excellent and competent service at the central reservation desk in Germany. Also the younger employee at the Pick-up station in Fjell/Bergen took all her time to explain the details of the vehicule.
The camper was very new from this year and was far beyond our expectations in terms of luxury and comfort. In our view the rental fee was also very reasonable and fair.

We have actually planned a 10 days trip through Central/Southern Norway. In the middle of the trip we had to learn that a very close Family member passed away and we were forced to return back as quick as possible to Switzerland.
The station in Fjell was ready to accept the return of the camper on a Saturday, which is normally not possible.
The head office of McRent refunded the money of the unused days without any deduction and discussion.

We were especially touched by the fact, that the staff in Fjell as well as at the central reservation desk showed a lot of flexibility, empathy and human touch in our situation. The staff made the difference: it was real Customer Care. According to the staff a very natural attitude and very normal - It was not for us.

It’s for sure that we will rent again with this company.
