A great place with nice toilets, but the owner is a complete scumbag. Argued with a girl that was underage just because she toon a shower. Had permission from the receptionist, but this didn't go down well with the owner. He was aggressive and threatening. We were thrown out of the campsite because I helped the underage girl.

Et flott sted med fine toaletter, men eieren er en surpomp uten like. Kranglet med ei jente, bare fordi hun dusjet. Hadde fått lov av resepsjonisten, men dette falt ikke i god jord hos eier. Han var aggressiv og truende. Vi ble kastet ut av campingen fordi jeg hjalp den mindreårige jenten.

We arrived late at night and my partner went to reception first thing in the morning, but no one was there. Later, he bumped into the owner and paid for the night, including use of showers and kitchen. The owner then claimed my partner should have gone to reception earlier (which he did), and that he should have called instead. However, there was no clear information in English about needing to call.

Later, while we were in the kitchen around 4 p.m., the owner entered and began shouting aggressively at my partner, saying thing like he “hates people like him.” This was extremely unpleasant and unprofessional. The owner said we should have checked out by 12, which is understandable, but again, this was never communicated to us, nor was it posted anywhere visible.

We’ve stayed at many campsites before and have never been treated this way. The facilities themselves were alright but the showers were badly designed which doesnt allow you to drain the water properly so the whole toilet gets flooded. The atmosphere was hostile, and for the high price charged, it was a very disappointing experience. From our experience (and seeing similar reports from other guests), I would not recommend staying here if you want a stress-free and welcoming environment.

Great place! Quiet and peaceful, no traffic noise. Gravel areas for motorhomes and caravans. The whole area, service house, toilets and showers were excellent condition. Fresh water available, easy toilet cassette and waste water emptying. Also crew were friendly!

A very nice and quite a big camping. The showers & toilets are very clean and you have enough space. The only thing is the service house, its quite small for such a huge camping and 1 sink is not enough, especially during the high season.

Wir waren 2 Tage dort um die Umgebung anzuschauen, sehr gut dafür geeignet. Der Platz selber ist gut aufgeteilt und trotz der grösse kann es nie richtig zum Stau bei den 4 Duschen .Bei schlechten Wetter sollte man eine Zwischenreinigung der Sanitäranlagen machen da der Dreck das Bild trübt.

Jeg har fartet mye rundt i Lofoten med årene. Har bodd på forskjellige plasser ved reise og valgte denne gangen Kabelvåg Feriehus og Camping siden mine foreldre er stamgjester og trives her. Jeg leste omtaler angående denne campingplassen helgen før reisen, og mange klaget på oppførselen til eieren. Jeg har sosial angst og var veldig forberedt på møte med eieren i skranken da jeg skulle få nøkkelen. Ganske riktig virket han lite hyggelig i utstrålingen og følte meg utilpass da jeg skulle sjekke inn og sjekke ut. Vær forberedt hvis du sliter med f.eks PTSD eller annen angst.
Ingen konfrontasjoner siden jeg var forberedt. Pluss for fin beliggenhet og sjarmen med gresstak på hyttene. Alle hyttene i en og samme hvit farge. Ellers noe dyrt.

This place is messed up. It shows itself as a camping, but realistically it’s a campervan / caravan parking spot. The spots that are available for tents are horrendous. With even a little rain the entire spot for tents is covered in water with no place for the water to go it essentially becomes a pool.

More importantly, the common room / kitchen is disgusting, the floor is sticky and wet, the tools are disgusting and need to be cleared before use (not that you’d want to, the tables are disgusting, the handles for the windows are sometimes broken and you can’t open a window without it being blown out of its hinges with even the slightest amount of wind. The same goes for the showers and toilets… beyond disgusting. Sand on the floors and the entire shower is wet, you first need to clean before you’d even consider using these showers. Moreover, some of the handles of the windows are broken, so the wind can blow open the window without much resistance leaving you exposed for everyone to see. This is disturbing that this isn’t fixed.

Lastly, the main issue of the camping is the owner… what an ill-tempered guy. If you park somewhere and it isn’t neatly done enough (there are no lines by the way where you need to park within, you just park somewhere), this guy comes up and instantly yells and curses at you. The annoying part is that he even does so when there was just my mother and nobody else! This owner yells, curses and insults you that you can’t park this way and it needs to be done in a specific way, when there aren’t any parking lines within sight. Then when you clean the shower but don’t mop the floor because you found it disgusting, he also yells, curses and insults you. He even does so late in the evening (10:30 pm) and when you ask him if everything is okay because he is yelling this late, he also yells, curses and insults even an innocent bystander. There is something wrong with this guy.

Chcialabym podzielic się moją opinią z innymi by z calego serca polecić ten camping.Nie mialam okazji podziekowac wlascicielowi za czystosc ,porzadek,logistycznie zaplanowaną przestrzen na potrzeby turystow.
Bylismy kamperem na campingu w 6 osob,korzystalismy z prysznicow,kuchni,toalet.
Wszedzie czysto i swieżo .Mamy porównanie z innymi miejscami na południu Lofotow i stwierdziliśmy
,ze to miejsce bylo zdecydowanie najlepiej przystosowanie do potrzeb turystow.
Dziekujemy za pobyt,niewykluczone,ze kiedys jeszcze wrócimy 🤩
